Requirements

1. The tested dog must have a NAVHDA number. You may register for the test without a number but your spot will not be saved until the number is received. The appropriate form is Single Dog Registration

2. Complete the NAVHDA Test Entry Form and print.

3. Send in a completed entry form and a check for each dog tested to the address below. Checks will be held until a few weeks before the test.

Other Information:

There is some room at the lodge at the test site. All the comforts of home but open sleeping quarters and no dogs inside. First come first served. $75 per night per person. Email Test Secretary if interested.
Primitive camping is available on the test grounds, $25.
Gas, convenience store and restaurant less than 5 minutes from test site.
Nearest town is Covington GA, 30014. 15 minutes away. All major restaurants and shopping.
Bird species used in test: Quail, Chukar, Pheasant and Duck
